1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all ThermalVision AI license purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Your purchase email address
  • Your license key
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated
  • You must uninstall the Software after receiving a refund

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available when:

  • The request is made within 30 days of purchase
  • The license key has not been used to generate more than 50 reports

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied in the following cases:

6. Free Version

The free version of ThermalVision AI is provided at no cost and is not subject to refund. We encourage users to try the free version before purchasing to ensure compatibility with their workflow.

7. Chargebacks
